If you're a smoker, quit. It's the single best thing you can do for your heart health. Smoking is one of the main causes of coronary heart disease. Now you KNOW I don’t like to rush through months/seasons/whatever, and I believe every time of year is beautiful for a different reason. Last night I was listening to a podcast and the topic strayed from a TV news recap into health and wellness habits.
